01 What is the capacity?

The limousine can carry up to 8 passengers, in addition to the chauffeur.

02 What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum booking is 1 hour. This period includes the chauffeur travel, your chosen route and any waiting time, as well as the return.

03 What is included when I make a booking?

The booking includes champagne and water, so you can enjoy the experience in complete comfort.

04 Do you offer a photographer service?

Yes. This service is provided through a partnership with a photographer and is subject to their availability for the requested period. The fee is independent of the limousine booking and is not covered by any discounts applicable to the service.

05 Do you have ready-made routes?

Yes. We can prepare a range of experiences for you to enjoy our service, including, for example, a romantic night-time tour.

06 In which areas of São Miguel are bookings accepted?

We currently accept bookings across the whole island, provided the limousine can cover the itinerary. Due to the size of the vehicle, a booking is only confirmed after we test the route, ensuring the safety of the chauffeur and passengers.

07 How can I pay?

For any activity, whether pre-defined or bespoke, the client must pay 20% of the value before the booking is confirmed. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining value is settled on the day of the event.

08 What if I can't make the booking on the planned date?

The client should give due notice and, if possible, suggest an alternative date. Should that not be feasible, 80% of the total booking value will be refunded.
